Question good worker

I had an amazing experience at the storage on 232 and US1. Ques was so kind and
Patient i was having one of the worst days of my life. The reservation online didnt save bc the system was down . She still found a way to help me with and she did it with a
Smile . She was working alone dealing with walk in and the phone and everything else all with a giant smile and grace .
She deserves recognition and a raise . Alot of times people only tell the bad that happens but never take the time to tell when the service is above and beyond GREAT. Thank you Ques for all your help!!!!!!!

I already had a small locker prior to this review, but yesterday I had to get something to quickly move a family member out. So after going to the facility near me, Khris, gave me a great tour of my options there. His combination of familiarity, friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism was a breath of fresh air that you rarely find in South Florida nowadays. He helped me get a unit that would suit my needs, fit my budget, and assurance for my family member going through such a difficult time. DO NOT lose this employee. He is easily who you would want representing your company ?
