Horacio was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly patient, polite, and kind throughout our entire interaction. He went above and beyond to guide us in selecting the best available store to replace our current one, which we had to leave due to the closure of the storage facility. His helpfulness and attention to detail made the entire process much easier. We truly appreciated his support and excellent customer service!

First time renting a space at Public Storage and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service from the guy at the front desk at Aventura location. NIKOLAS took his time to show me all the available spaces I requested, helped me find a good deal, made it easy and quick to check in and make first payment, explained to me everything in detail. Another year and another update, I now have 8 years at this location. I have heard horror stories about other storage facilities, BUT this operation is top notch. Secure, Clean and very well managed, very stable -- Horacio is running this facility, and I highly recommend talking to him about any of your storage issues.
In this day and age it is hard to find a well run business with personal service and a business that always puts the customer first. Have a storage issue - call Horacio and it will be solved.

Besides being very convenient, The service and management by Horacio is the best I have ever experienced, he is the difference between a mediocre place and a trouble free unit. I have been there over two years and the last year validates my decision.

I want to update this, as I have now been there for over 3 years, and never had any problem, the property is well maintained and the staff lead by Horacio is as good as can ever be expected.
