Patricia went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service was personable and informative, and she was extremely attentive. I couldn't have gotten through my obstacles and gathering of information without her compassionate help and extra efforts! 5 stars!

Review:

I had a billing concern so I reached out to the property and Patricia, the Store Manager answered. I voiced my concerns and was advised by Patricia to follow the ladder up the chain. First, speaking with customer service and then if there was no resolve, I should reach out to the District Manager, Jeanie. Well I did just as I was advised and I worked my way up to speaking with the District Manager.

Upon speaking with Jeanie, I was thrown off. I quickly realized that this woman came to fight. The way she was speaking to me, I assumed she thought she worked for WWE instead of Public Storage. I was cut off by her several times during my explanation of things. As well as practically being called a liar by her. The only voice this woman was concerned with hearing was her own. Jeanie's tone, unprofessionalism and ghetto antics were unacceptable and unwarranted. I do not know how Jeanie became the District Manager. This woman is unworthy of the position.

I would expect whoever shows up as a representative for a reputable company to be a positive strong leader with ethics and integrity. I must say Patricia fits that bill. During my conversation with her, we weren't on the same page. Which is why Patricia advised me to follow the chain of command in the first place. But not one time did she become combative or display negative toxic behavior towards me. She seemed to understand that it's business not personal. This is the epitome of what a District Manager should be.

It's unfortunate when the Store Manager has more class than the District Manager. Simply because class can't be taught.

Dear Public Storage: As a consumer, I am disappointed to have crossed paths with such a despicable person named Jeanie who I now associate with your brand.
