This facility is a joke the lift has not been working for over 3 months I am disabled and have to pay people just to store my items it is horrible and not truly climate controlled nor is it safe the doors to building are always open and the units are separated by wire fence easy to steal from any unit. Stay away from this place the price may look great but you get what you pay for.

The process of as amazingly easy. My only complaint is that the light doesn’t work and there’s a tile missing on the left side wall

Unfortunately, for now, giving one star ! Made a reservation online. EVERY SINGLE DAY WE GET CALLS from here. Listen I have email. We are busy !! EVERYDAY MULTIPLE TIMES IS TOO MUCH ! Stop bugging my God! It's 30$ you will get the money before I move, in 2 wks -online like your service offers ! .... I've canceled now. Won't make another until right before as I'm driving there haha. Jeeeeze
