Honestly one of the worst facilities I've ever used. Property management is absolutely horrible, District management is just as bad. I honestly dont know who to turn to besides a lawyer to get things done at this point. Management cut my lock WITHOUT my permission. They didnt properly secure the unit either. Items went missing because of that. This fee that fee, saying my bank declined payment when my bank says other. Honestly avoid this location AT ALL COST. Spoke with district manager who honestly seemed like she thought that she was better than anyone and full of excuses. Said she would be contacting me back in a few days only to never return my call. I sent a follow up email and again never received a response to that either. OHHHH Dont forget NO-ONE is EVER IN THE OFFICE. Don't even know why they have hours posted. ITS A LIE. Lets not also forget the fact that I was told that any fees would be credited back and my rate to not go up ONLY FOR NEITHER TO HAPPEN AS WELL.

Update: it’s been several days since writing this review and I’ve since sent another follow up email to the district manager and still have yet to receive a response. At this point in time I honestly believe between the management and her there may be a theft ring taking place at this facility. I spoke to another occupant today when I was there that said the same thing happened to them.

I’ve had issues with my unit going on two years and now I’m on my third Dist manager with no results The poor guy in the office has tried to help but it’s out his hands. My advice is if you’re looking for a storage facility do not use the one called public storage

Was there on Sunday afternoon. Only 2 carts to use. And both were at 1 entrance. 1 of the carts had a broken where. Seems like when I show up there are broken doors, broken glass, dirty plates with left over food, furniture people have just left. Cleanliness - needs to be addressed. Sometimes the lights come on and sometimes they don’t

Initially I was pleased with my account. In the past 2 days I have left several messages with the property manager requesting hard copy receipts for my contract agreement, payment receipt, be mailed, to my address on file, because I am unable to forward both documents in a file, from the email copies mailed to me, which is necessary for a legal matter. I did receive a call from the facility, with no voice message. I called back, he is not able available, no return call!
