Mo is a great person

The worst place to store your items.

I reserved a climate controlled unit and the HVAC hardly ever worked. I complained numerous times and the managment said 'we are awear of the problem, but it only lasts a few days and goes out again.' This has been going on for over 6 months. Also, the rear gate was inoperable too many times. Also, the restroom has been out of order seems like forever. My light in front of my unit has been broken for months, i had to complain about that as well.
They just do not do any maintenance on the place.
The rent increases every 4 to 6 months and probably 20% increase.
The manager/employee said she has to manage about 15 Public Storage complexes througout the area.
Totally ridiculous! I'm so glad I vacated my unit. Saving alot of money by renting at their competition. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !
