I don't care what deal their offering DONT DO IT. It already sucks to have to find a place to hold on to things important to you but it's horrendous to be robbed also. Our unit started at $150 a month & is ending at $300!!! We are leaving and can't do it anymore. The people who work there are rude and don't appreciate your business anyway. Not to mention the doors are always broken, they leave the gate open all night some nights, and you're paying for climate control but seriously it's ALWAYS hot and gross in the unit.

I would give 5 stars for the good space, easy access, and the excellent service provided by Janet and another lady.

However, I had some incorrect charges on my credit card that still haven’t been refunded.

I made my reservation online with the $1 promotion for the first month, and there were several units available under this deal. When I went to unload my belongings, I realized the space was too small, so I asked at the office to switch to a larger unit that was also part of the $1 promotion.

During this process, multiple charges were made to my credit card. Some were refunded a few days later, but I still ended up paying $113.66 instead of $1.00, and I have yet to receive the refund.

I understand that problems happen, and it seems Public Storage's managment software has made it difficult for the team to resolve issues like this. However, I have been waiting for nearly a month for a resolution, and I’ve already vacated the unit without a solution.

Review:

Update 1/6/25 for the past 2 months the security system has still been down. Why am I paying a premium for the gate to always be open and the doors rigged ? Additionally wish I knew about the no lights in unit prior to renting, I have to use a flashlight every time I need to go to my unit

I paid to have my items in a secure and climate controlled environment and for the last month The security system has been down along with the AC so the main door to my unit is always open and it is extremely hot in there
