Have had a storage unit here for years and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. Was in yesterday and Jordan helped me, she was amazing! So pleasant.

I strongly advise against renting a storage unit from this facility, particularly an 'indoor' unit. These so-called indoor units are merely outdoor units that have been cheaply modified to appear as if they are indoors by adding air ventilation.

The insulation in the roof was not properly covered and began deteriorating due to ceiling leaks. As a result, the air conditioning system circulated mineral fibers—white, powdery, sticky, and flaky material—throughout the unit, causing significant and irreversible damage to my furniture and belongings.

I am now dealing with the insurance company, where I expect to receive only a fraction of the compensation for my high-end furniture. Given that this unit was classified as 'indoor,' there is a strong possibility that the insulation contains asbestos. A sample has been sent to a lab for testing, and I will be pursuing legal action.

To avoid a similar experience, I recommend taking your belongings to a facility that offers genuinely indoor storage. I have uploaded a video as a reference.
