Amazing experience!

I went in today to look at a unit and Astrid went over and beyond to help me!! She answered all my questions and I ended up getting a climate control unit.

I switched between units at the Oldsmar facility. Astrid was very courteous and helpful. She got me through the transaction quickly and efficiently. She is a pleasure to work with.

HOWEVER, the company itself is a disaster! We rented 7 units and 3 of them sustained water damage!! These were on ground and third level. The insurance is a joke! We took pictures, had the manager document everything, but the insurance company said that they would not pay because we didn’t have a police report. Really, police are going to take the time to come make a report and we have to pay help and truck fees while we wait!! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE PUBLIC STORAGE in Tampa/Oldsmar!!!
