Stopped by to buy some boxes and packing supplies. The manager Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Public Storage to everybody who needs either a storage space or moving and packing supplies.

First time renting a storage space Met there manager Jim very capable. I would highly recommend this tarpon location on Pinellas Avenue for the great friendly service to anyone else looking for storage.

Update 9/2024 - after 2 years I “outgrew” my original unit and decided it was time to get a bigger space. Jim was exceptionally helpful, as he has always been over the last couple of years. He made the transfer over to the new unit quick and easy. So glad this is the location I chose from the start! Thanks Jim!

10/2022 - Within minutes of making an online reservation, Jim reached out to me and when I asked if I could view the unit first, he encouraged me to stop by anytime. He also communicated the pertinent details in a friendly way.

I stopped in to see the unit a few hours later. Jim showed me the storage unit as well as another available. I decided to take the one I'd reserved. Jim had me checked out with all of the paperwork, information, access, and app setup in a matter of minutes. Super efficient and super attitude! Thanks, Jim!
