I had a great experience working with Katie at the public storage unit. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in walking me through the rental process. She made sure I had all the necessary information and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. Overall, Katie’s excellent customer service made the entire experience smooth and stress-free! Highly recommend this location.

I have been with Public Storage for almost 4years and my experience with them has been wonderful. They are all very understanding and have been amazing to my needs. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Thank you for everything but it is time for me to go!! lol finally moving but if I ever need them again they will be my first and only choice!!
