Staff is pleasant, pull-up parking is adequate. If you are assigned a unit on the outside perimeter, be prepared to have to back down a long alleyway to get out. No pull-throughs anywhere, unless someone is available to unlock a padlocked gate for you. Pulling a trailer, or driving a large moving truck? Good luck. The price almost doubled in the year I was there, and my unit was broken into twice. They blamed the lock I chose, but there were no apparent security features other than gate code. No cameras, etc. The app has a gate access button for entry gate which was nice. I've had storage units off and on for 30 years, all over. This was my absolute least favorite experience mainly because of the MAJOR design flaw of exiting. A deal-breaker for me if I ever need another unit.

The store cleak Reggie was very kind and helpful. And my service at Public Storage has been a great experience for all my storage needs.
