I like it. it's too hot in there in the summer but overall I like it.

Irene was very nice and helpful in showing me the different size storage units and giving me all of the details.

I am a senior citizen with limited mobility, over the last couple of days. We have dealt with a few different people in trying to acquire and the change our unit for a different one due to my mobility issues. I must say that I have encountered some very kind, professional, helpful and friendly people and wanted to say THANK YOU! to Ms. Irene, at the 2034 Schillingers
Rd. location in Mobile, Al.and a Ms Shelly from another Mobile location (on the phone, not sure of her location.) as well as a 'Bruce' once again returning a phone call and took care of my need to change the location of my unit due to my mobility issues. Your team members listed here were a wonderfully representation of your company! Wish I knew their last names to help identify them better. But hope my gratitude and Thanks reaches them somehow
