The same thing as the last review I posted it is a shame that a company no longer values a long term customer. After the last review the following month I went in to pay my bill and wow they had done a rate adjustment. At that time my unit had been reduced from 270.00 back to 220.00. Only to walk in today and it is now 280.00 and I can pay that today and they can put me in for a rate adjustment. Ok people like I said in my first review no value of a long term customer what happened to businesses valuing their long term customers? So after leaving from paying for my unit I decided to go on line and look at what my size is renting for and wow online you can rent a 10x30 for 125.00 and second month is free. Come on Public Storage. Do you not value your customers?
