The units here are nice and the staff are cool, but I’m not happy with the fact my rates have gone up twice in the last year.

My rate started at $105 for a 10x10, which I thought was ok considering it was down the road from my house.

However, in three months, it went up to $149, then six month later it increased to $186 a month. That’s more per square foot than the typical apartment in the area and it’s not climate controlled.

Customer service was abysmal and kept us on the phone for nearly an hour. They put a pause on our current rate, but said it would still go up in 3 more months.

This place is run by very friendly people! They check the units daily and even called me when they saw that I had not properly latched my unit. It gives me such peace of mind to know they are looking over my stuff!

I am very pleased with the way Sherry handles everything for me. The property was clean. The prices are affordable & I will recommend this place to anyone
