Leaving this review in re: to Eva at the front desk- she was very helpful and informative with all of my questions and helped to correct some issues I was having.

Eva was fantastic! She really helped. Explained everything. Showed us the space and got us all set up! Great experience.

Kim is a great rental agent — polite, professional, amiable, patient and exceedingly helpful!!

I had insurance and units with their locks were 'compromised' and due to certain guidelines, I still will not get compensated for my losses. Yes their was a claim filed and knew my unit was one broken into but I was told to file my own and since I couldn't get to my unit due to life circumstances not under my control I'm at a loss of heirlooms that will NEVER be replaced. They could've made it right but left everything's on me. WITH records of me paying my insurance on the unit for 2 years helped NONE.
It doesn't matter how many cameras, how much money, friendliness of staff, what you sign, your lock or their's....
DO NOT PUT THINGS IN STORAGE THAT YOU CAN NOT REPLACE YOURSELF! I'M SO HEARTBROKEN AND DISAPPOINTED I can never recover from the damages done to my things and the disappearance of other items give to me from pass relatives(mom, dad, great uncle and my greatgreat gpa tools and more.) Yes, the staff knew my unique situation, and seemed to be pleasant. I paid my payments for 2yrs. including any late fees I may have accrued, and none of that mattered in the end. Their was even proof that my unit was compromised because my son's cross country bicycle was recovered BY THEM in the hallway near my storage unit and put up in a storage unit until he mentioned it. i was able to FINALLY get to the unit, but I couldn't complete the loops and jumps to receive compensation. Not even througthe claims filed by the business. They had proof but I had to have my own separate photos and some other fine print... I'm so distraught ???
⚠️DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN STORAGE!! NO LOCK IS SAFE!! YES I WAS PAYING INSURANCE AND NO THAT DIDN'T MATTER IN THE END EITHER???** UPDATE**NO COMPENSATION NOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR INSURANCE PAID FOR 2YRS... Now that my son's father just passed I'm really hurt that I lost so much from trusting that at least paying insurance would cover my loss.... NOTHING TO THIS DAY
