Hanna and Treasure were great!

Treasure was extremely helpful today! She went above and beyond with assisting me with transferring storage units and answering all the questions I had about the move. She assist me with moving my washer and dryer and she even let me use her gloves because it was freezing outside. I appreciated this so much especially since I was having a rough day. She has GREAT customer service skills and she deserves a raise! Thank you so much for being kind

Customer Service on-site is nonexistent at the 5711 Westerville Rd location. There are no posted hours for an attendant to be at the desk, you just have keep randomly stopping by and hope to catch someone. A staff member saw me exit my vehicle, approach the door (it was locked), I stood there waiting for them to approach me, say 'Hi' or 'Can I help you?', nope, nothing. Ran into the 'Private Residence' door without acknowledging me. Got a question while at the gate? Don't bother pressing the 'help' button, they won't respond to that either.
