Had a great experience today at public storage, unbelievable! Ms. SeamJ' was helpful and knowledge about my situation. Im thankful i came in today for assistance. If i was under cover boss i would give her the 20,000 for being an asset to this company.

Jay, the nice lady in office, is the best there is. I struggled this entire 30 days with the staff not working with me when it came to paying by check, but Jay did it in a matter of a 3 minute phone call. She needs to be the manager. She needs a raise. She's the best
