Heather was amazing! She answered all my questions with speed and was very knowledgeable about everything I asked.

Went to look at the units and the lady at the front desk was very helpful she helped me pick the right unit to fit my needs was very helpful and professional, like I went threw and read all the other comments and and someone named Lisa left negative feedback and I didn’t understand that my experience was nothing like that so maybe she is talking about someone different cause that was not the case for me will definitely refer others to the place A+++

First thing is i happened to be in office when Lisa was there and the property manger heather did offer to show her the unit but Lisa declined and told her she could find it. My personal experience with the property manager was awesome, heather was extremely helpful and informative and was able to answer all my questions about my space and the property.

Heather helped me out and I had a great experience with her getting my first storage unit at public storage I am thrilled about the experience and will definitely recommend to friends!
