Customer service is okay. But under new management, it's no longer what it was. Mainly that they are trying to be a 'cash-free' facility.

RJ was super. He helped me to rent a unit at public storage. He was very knowledgeable, personable, helpful , & just overall went above & beyond. Thank you RJ you should be in management!

The manager RJ is an amazing person. He was so very helpful when i moved things into storage. He made everything so easy and even helped me with my lock which i couldnt figure out. I highly recommend this storage facility
