Paid for a unit via auction, and what was photographed was not was was in the unit. They're running scams! Not to be trusted .

I recently purchased a 10x10 storage unit from Mary at the Sinclair location in Columbus, OH. She was extremely helpful and very efficient! She set me up with the keys and storage within minutes. She was also very friendly as well! I highly recommend going to see Mary for all of your storage needs!

Terrible customer service. I've had nothing but issues with them on top of raising the rent every couple months. Break-ins as well. Truly not worth it at all, would not recommend. Go elsewhere!!
