If I could leave 0 stars I would, Terry Cline can be very rude in tone with you, I moved in to a storage unit with a leaking roof and reported it, it has been 12 months and there is always standing water in my unit and on my items, there is something growing on my containers and other items inside the water that can't be healthy. my rent went from 55$ to 101$ and my items are also infested and water damaged due to the property's neglect to maintain their facilities, they also force you to buy a lock and if you don't want it you have to take it down to the main office to return it for your 20$.

Extremely angry, and disappointing. Being homeless and trusting this company to do simple maintenance to protect your stuff is crazy ?

Moving can be so stressful, but thankfully the staff with Public Storage has made this transition much less.

I recently lost my keys to my storge unit and needed to get back in there quickly because there was stuff I needed for my new place. Terry at the Broadview Heights location really helped me and wasted no time in making sure I had forms signed and a replacement lock on site so that when my lock on the storage unit was removed, my stuff would be safe and secure. I really appreciate the time she took in calling me on her time off to make sure I had everything squared away so I was at peace of mind!

The entire process was so seamless and easy! I needed a storage unit in a hurry due to some repairs happening at my home. I was able to reserve and move-in same day. The unit was spotless and the property is secure and worry free. Terry was so kind and helpful and followed up to ensure the move-in went smoothly and that I was satisfied with my unit. Move in could not have been easier. Signed up on line, moved in without ever having to talk to anyone. Showed up, got access, stored my stuff. They even had a brand new lock waiting for me. Terry called me the next day to make sure I was happy. Have used different storage places over the years, but will never go anywhere else.
