Public Storage

Terry was great to work with. I have been parking the camper at storage lots for 7 years and this has been the best experience ever. The parking spot was easy to back into, the lines on the pavement were easy to see, the app works well for the gate and Terry called to make sure we got moved in just fine. Could not be happier.

This location is accommodating. I switched units three times, and without a hitch. GOD is at work through Terry. She is wonderful. She is professional, diligent, and doesn’t miss a detail or step. She never misses an opportunity to ensure that I am satisfied. Recently, I was concerned about a few details regarding my unit, and she resolved it immediately and without the dramatics. She is an asset truly and I am thankful for her ! I value leaders who lead from the front and take care of their people.She deserves to be lauded for her efficacy and compassion in her duties. Excellent service from terry

I had the pleasure of securing my storage unit from, Terry, and she was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I always felt safe coming to my storage unit as it is in a great area! The facility was very clean and so are the grounds. I will always rent a storage unit at the Broadview Hts Public Storage when needed. Plus, the price was unbeatable and no walking up and down steps, all ground floor level. Thank you, Debbie Frick
