Public Storage

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! They will raise your rent with no cap. Mine has increased over 150% in the last four years. They do not care if you are there or not. They have zero customer service and no one on site. This is the absolute worst place. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Easy to work with. Seamless and pain free to move in. Seems a fair price for a storage unit too. Didn’t mind booking and setting it all up online. Customer service was excellent!

Terry has been a blessing to have known, she has always helped me from day one. ❤️ It's in my opinion that she should be widely recognized in this company. Thank you for all your help.

I came to the public storage and Broadview heights yesterday and asked Theresa to show me a couple units and give me prices and how to make a reservation online which she explained everything to me 100%. I really appreciate the great help that Theresa gave me. Thanks Theresa we will be back soon
