They took over American storage a few years ago. I've had this storage unit for a long time. I get 25.00 back after I was told to have all my things out by 5pm or else they'd charge me another month for an empty unit. The gate is kept up. They have mice. They make you pay for insurance but yet keep the gate up. Storage for this unit was 245.00 a month. They raise the prices yearly. If they collect trash off the premises they raise the rents. Someone was working out of two units working on his car. As I was cleaning the unit out, the lady came by and never said nothing but later called me to tell me I'd be charged for another month if I wasn't out by 5pm.
