Fast at getting me in, and allowing me to have the perfect size storage unit.

No issues with the unit itself whatsoever. Began renting on the 12th. Rented a unit for 5 months. In that 5 months rent went from the promotional rate, to a prorated amount, then to the $80 a month (Cool). Then it was jumped to $160 a month on Jan 1 for no reason. I moved out of the unit between Jan 31 and Feb 3 (well before the 12th) - and was still charged a full $160 for February. It's a wild world in 2024 ya'll. Apparently my fault, I should have read all the fine print. Research other storage companies IMO - ones that have site managers actually available on premises to potentially answer these sort of move out questions and not simply a Kiosk to accept payment.
