They auctioned off several customers property instead of reaching out to the owners about their stuff and then refuse to give information to the owners about who bought their stuff. Crummy people who work here that think that is in anyway okay to sell other peoples property.

I reserved a unit and decided before even moving in not to go with Public Storage. Every number I have tried is disconnected, you can’t chat online and I cannot go in person. They have now charged my card for a unit I don’t even use. Customer service for the corporation needs to be reevaluated. It is not helpful at all.
I’ve resorted to a google review to hopefully get someone’s attention.

I appreciated robin calling to check and make sure I was good and letting me know about the app I love the no person contact of the property

The associate who helped me was beyond pleasant and exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to use the kiosk, but it turned out to be quick and simple!
