Leasing the storage unit was easy. Everything went very smoothly!

Easy sign up process, facility is extremely clean. Darlene called to make sure our move in was good and she was amazing! She answered my questions and we even had a conversation about the area since I just moved here. Great experience with this company.

On Sunday 11/6/2022 the Public Storage in Brownsburg IN lost power to its gate. It wasn't possible for customers to open the gate using either by using app or entering code into keypad by the gate. After calling customer service, Hershey from the Georgetown Public Storage came to the rescue! She worked with tech support and got everything up and running within half an hour. Thank you Hershey, great job!

Updated Review: I have edited my review from 1 to 3 stars. My lot rate was adjusted, not to what I started out paying, but at least it was acknowledged and considered. My only complaint now is the hours. 9pm is entirely too early to close. It is still daylight in the summertime at 9pm. I think it should close at least at 11pm or maybe even 10 or 1030 but 9pm is entirely too early. There are a lot of self employed truckers that use these facilities and need more time to make it back and also earlier times to pick their vehicles up. 5am should be open 11pm should be close. If it can't be 24 hours. I dont see why not because there are cameras and security gate, so why are they closing anyway. You have to have a passcode to get in. I dont understand but at least adjust the hours for the hard working small business owners.

1st review: Now that I have been with them for over a year this place is a joke. SO they had me at a $80 rate per month. Now that my truck is not running at the time they raise my rate to $160 a month for a outside parking space. They more than doubled the rate on me. Will be leaving soon as possible and never returning
