I did not have a good experience with you guys. Your staff messed up both of my reservations and left me stuck figuring out where I was going to store my belongings. I will not use this company again. On top of them messing up my reservations causing me to cancel one unit and not being able to get an instant refund. Due to someone else's mistake I have to wait 10-12 days for my money back.

This has been the worst experience . Do not rent here. I called told them I was moving from a 3 bedroom home. I drove all the way from Florida to find the smallest storage space. I called to upgrade the size they gave me a different unit that was already occupied and also charged me and additional $71 I called back not even 5 minutes to tell them the space they gave me had a lock o it they tried charging me an additional $71 dollars I had the space one week and they charged me $184 stating all units are due on the 1st I still have not received my money back and they just text me my auto pay did not go through when I paid the money on the 1st I hate this there is nobody that answers the phone no stars from me
