If you enjoy having a manager that constantly questions why you are at your storage unit, or breaks into your unit TWICE, then this is the place for you.

I’m late on my rent nearly every month. It’s ALWAYS paid before the end of the month. In October a 2nd unit I had I took my stuff out (paid for the whole month) and she moved me out 3 days early without asking me AN HOUR AFTER I TOOK STUFF OUT.

This month (January) I hadn’t paid yet. Today is the 22nd. I got a letter on the 17th saying I had FOURTEEN days to pay (which would be February 1st). If I didn’t pay, items would go to auction on February 18. I did not move out. I had some items in there and trash I had to get out so I could move stuff back in (I use it for work).

So today, Nancy decides to break into my unit. Move me out in the system, then demand I pay for the whole month. She had no right to break into the unit. She claimed that she was getting it ready for auction. That still illegal, and unfortunately for her, this is something I’m not letting go.

She is like one of those landlords that thinks laws don’t apply to her. So if you want to store your items at a place where the manager breaks into, by all means, rent from here.
