Wanted to thank Namay for helping with my problem she was very polite and sweet.

Nancy made the process so easy. She answered my many questions and guided me through the entire process. I am totally comfortable with storing property at this location. Nancy's professionalism and knowledge gave me complete confidence that was a very good decision. This may have been my first time using Public Storage in Troy, but it likely will not be the last.
