I rented my first storage unit after my divorce when I was moving for the second time. It’s been a very stressful year. The manager, Nancy At the Troy location was nothing short of professional, courteous and pleasant.

The first night that I put my things in storage, I mistakenly forgot to put a lock on and she was quick to notice and called me the next day. She also made the entire move out process very seamless, and I was appreciative of that as many things have been a challenge for me. It was nice to have one thing go so quickly and smoothly.

I would absolutely recommend public storage, especially the Troy location on Maple where I know Nancy will take care of you!
