Caroline was so helpful and kind at the Public Storage in Allen Park! So nice on the phone and so helpful in helping me choose the right storage for me! I would highly recommend her! You don’t get great customer service always from places but you definitely do here with Caroline! Thank you!

If I could give less then 1 star I would. They raised the rent not once but twice within a year. Until literally the last day I was there moving out they had no moving carts and several times I came the elevator wasn't working so good luck if your unit is on the second floor. The woman who 'works' at the front desk is rude and of no help whatsoever. Not sure why she's even there.
