Public Storage

I started a rental unit over a year ago. From day one, the lights did not work. I spent 3 months and many phone calls to the location manager and messages left to the district manager with no results. I finally gave up. Now my rent has gone up and Public storage will not discount the unit, and I don't care about the lights.

Every few months they go up on the price of the unit, last year they went up twice a month after $20 and 3 months later another $26 and by the end of year they were going up again so from $160 to $278....they stated they have the right to go up as they choose. When I switched units gave them advanced notice and was charged $226 even though I was sent a email stating I have to move out on the 4th when I got the new unit on the 3rd and didn't use old unit, I couldn't get my money back $226. I was told by property manager to pay cash in the kiosk and not use my credit card.

Gema was so very helpful , and accommodating tomy needs .

I have a 1 car garage so I needed some extra storage until we moved into a larger place with a bigger garage. Signing up for a unit online was quick and easy. The manager for our location (Gema?) was super nice and helpful with showing me to my unit and explaining the ins and outs of the place and how things worked as I’ve never had a storage unit before.
