Public Storage

Was just up at Public Storage today helping my mom pick out a storage unit, an was Helped out by John! He was excellent was attentive to our needs an was very clear on explaining everything we needed to know about the unit an storage facility. Was friendly an kind couldn't have asked for a better person to greet us when we arrived. Helped us set up the app as well an showed us how to use the gate code. Was glad he was here to assist us.

When my mother died, we put some of her furniture in storage until we fixed up our house. John at the Rochester Hills Public Storage was extremely helpful and kind. He got us into the correct size unit on the ground floor near the exit. Transferring the furniture to the unit was easy. The moving company was impressed with the ease of the delivery.

Today, I received a call from John concerning my credit card that is used for autopsy. He wanted to let me know that the expiration date was next month. He arranged a time for me to come in and update the information. I felt that was a nice gesture. I don't think about paying my storage bill because it is automatic.

I am currently renting a storage unit and would like to rent another one. John was fantastic! He was very helpful when I called. I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed, so he offered to show me a unit to help me decide. He even gave me some great tips for storing my belongings.

Ron is excellent. Helped me out with an issue I had. Ended up getting me a better unit! Would def recommend.

I've rented at public storage for a few years and I am always very happy with the customer service from the managers. Today I stopped by and was helped by Ron. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service and made sure all my questions were answered.
