Melissa did a great job. She called me to set up my appointment, showed me the storage unit and she replaced the rope and sprayed the track so that the door would go up and down easy.
She is very eager to provide great customer service and that is the type of representative your company needs.

I went to move my stuff to this storage unit, sign paper work, paid the move in costs, got to my unit and not only were the roads in the lot all torn out, almost every unit around mine was busted into, doors smashed into and everything. They told us our lock would be in a box in our unit, we open our unit and our lock was laying on the ground, no key, and was obviously cut and broken, DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE it will either end up stolen or water damaged due to the ground level units. On top of that the blonde lady that we talked to in the office that worked there was extremely rude the entire time. We obviously left are not working with them. Waste of time.

I was dreading looking for storage areas due to past troubles with other companies but Melissa made everything quick and easy, Great establishment.
