The manager here Sam goes above and beyond for her customers at this location. The entirety of the Public Storage organization should really take notes of what true and proper quality customer care really looks like. If there were more people like Sam, I can guarantee the customer satisfaction would be stellar across the board. -Nathan

Ive been here about 10x and no one is ever in the office or even answering the phone. The keypad doesn’t work either (neither does the phone menu) so I’m just stuck outside here, same as always.

Review:
Purchased a storage unit. Went by the office 3 different times during business hours to get a key for the unit and no one was ever there. Tried contacting to schedule an appointment to get a key, couldn’t get in touch with a human all computer operated. Ended up canceling storage unit after a week. Someone actually called me to make sure I moved everything out. Mentioned I never moved in due to no one being in the office ever. Lady said they’re short staffed and running two locations. Never moved in, was still charged for my unit.
