Jay was very helpful, at current tine of writing we are dealing with rent increases again, and that's getting old, And the primary exit cargo door is busted. So that complicates things. Furthermore, the front office was locked front front or back entrance when I had gone to talk to someone in person around the 2:30-3:00 margin. Thats being said, I do reiterate Jay was helpful as could be and did return my call and I appreciate them very much.

Awful experience. Don’t let them fool you. The promo for $1 ends up being $60. Their customer service is awful. I ended up cancelling my rental before the move in date and I only received a refund for the locks. They call me all the time, never leave messages and if I answer they just hang up. Do not waste your time. They are stressful.

Jay the Manager is great. She keeps the place so clean.

I’d like to publicly thank Nick for quickly helping me resolve a couple billing issues. It was a great experience.

*Update* My rent has gone up about 3 times since Public Storage took over which equates to about a 50% increase in a little over a year. You would think they would offer some better services for the price but no. There’s a pile of glass from a fire extinguisher housing that’s been sitting in the hallway for a month now, the bathrooms (while admittedly not a big deal at all storage unit) are absolutely disgusting every time, and the exit door is ALWAYS broken. So basically they just painted everything orange, broke the door, and are charging 50% more than they did. DO NOT STORE WITH PUBLIC STORAGE, EVER.

Public Storage bought this property from a different company and have jacked the rate up twice in less than a year. Vastly overpriced, look elsewhere because there doesn’t seem to be any end to the price increases from my research into this company
