I went to several different locations to ask some questions regarding auction units and proper paperwork not provided originally. I even left messages for district manager with no call back after several attempts. After talking to corporate office they advised me to stop at a store location. Today Sandra at the Oak Creek location was able to help me with everything that I needed. If you need anything go see her and she will go above and beyond to help you out.

Sandra waited for me when she didn't have to and she didn't make any fuss over it. She made my experience with public storage a good one. Thank you Sandra and public storage, keep hiring good workers like her.
