The staff ( I believe her name was Alenyte) was extremely helpful. She absolutely made my day and was more than happy to go of her way to ensure I understood the renting process and also that I had enough room for what I needed to store.

Had such an amazing experience with Public Storage. I had to transfer to a bigger unit than expected and Tay did an exceptional job aiding us with the process. I am so glad that we chose to store our family's possessions here.
