This is my son's account, but it coming from me, his Mom Liz.

I am compelled to praise a certain employee, Sandee. She went above and beyond professionalism on EVERY LEVEL. I felt welcome, and very taken care of. She is kind and compassionate, and she definitely knows her job. I am so impressed with her.

She deserves recognition for her hard work. Seriously.

Sandee in the office was amazing. She did everything in her power with out getting herself into trouble and I thank her a lot for that!

With the issues I was having I had a solid conversation with Matt who oversees this location. He was great. He made sure as a former customer I was happy. He made things right actually went above and beyond!
