Excellent customer service. 5 stars.

Public Storage on Huntington Valley Rd was overall an horrible experience. I was a customer for over two years and had paid $3000+ with them. The staff has a way of profile people and allows there friends to come in and go through lockers after hours. The like to take your money and then knowing you're planning on moving out they make it impossible to get your stuff out. They just want to sell your stuff really.

Jeanette was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood. She was pleasant! 10/10
