I'm not happy rite now so I was told that because I don't want insurance they would take it off since I already have property insurance and I'm still getting charged like previously when I rented I expressed that this happened last time and never got reimbursed now it's happening again so they gave me a number then after the call was over they moved me out of my storage space when I just started my lease a month ago. Then I go try to pay it and I couldn't pay it because they moved me out of my space now they charged me a late fee after they fixed it I am so unhappy
