Stopped at the Maplewood location to see if I could transfer my storage from Woodbury over here and Bobby was excellent at helping me to get things figured out and done for my move-in. Thanks, Bobby.

James was extremely respectful and helpful. He was also very accomodating about a last minute change in my reservation. This was the best customer service I've recieved in years! I'm needing storage due to a difficult and unexpllected personal situation and the kindness of not just James but the other employees I've spoken on the phone with have really been a blessing for me. Thanks!

I have rented at 3 other storage facilities, 2 were climate controlled (StorageMart & US Storage) 1 was drive up outside access (UHAUL) previous 3 turned out to be absolute nightmare!! Raising rent every 2-3 months! Was to uneasy to visit unit after dark, people hanging out, No security..
