Public Storage

This year I had to move, once I realized I couldn't take all my belongings I decided I would need a storage unit. The decision was a last minute call. I googled storage units near me. I found Public Storage. I was able to do everything online and downloaded the app. I had a unit with in an hour on a Saturday. They gave me my location and storage unti number. They had the keys and lock waiting for me there at the unit. I did all this with no human interaction. Super easy process.

Reserved a unit online 2 weeks in advance.
Next day get 3 calls starting a 930 am ...
Overall 7 calls called and left a message day after I got the 1st 3 calls ( I work nights ).
Confirming the date I will be there .
No call back then over the next week get 3 or 4 more calls. Called and confirmed again to meet the POS manager at 12pm on the day I reserved it for.
Arrived 15 minutes Early an no one there and door locked so waited till 12.15 no answer when I called, no call nothing. Leave and get a call at 1230.
NO THANKS ....
Please find a new manager people deserve a better experience and service.
