We are so grateful for the courteous, professional expertise of James at the Eagan Public Storage!! He was kind and patient with all our questions, giving us a tour and sharing how the facility (which is extremely clean), works!!! Made this process so pleasant!! Thank you!!

Five star the best place in town to get your storage is awesome place to storage with very convenient very easy to find very comfortable and safe to have your property here.

Booking the unit online was simple, and straightforward. I was sent a digital access code, which allowed me to get into the unit during business hours the same day that I booked. The lock that I paid for was waiting at the unit when I arrived later on that same day as booking.

The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because when I was leaving, a woman was having issues getting into the facility. The app wasn't working, and it just kept spinning. I tried to assist, to see if it was just her cell phone/connection, as did another patron who was moving stuff out of their unit. The app was down, and this woman was unable to get a code to get into the facility. So, I am hopeful this was just a one-off. But for that reason, I'll give my experience a 4/5, as I had a code emails to me early in the day.
