Very easy to work with

Absolute worst decision to try to rent a space here. I paid in October and signed up for auto pay. Went to put our truck in storage 3 days ago and my account was closed because I didn’t put anything in the storage unit right away. Left 3 voicemails and no reply from the worst manager ever “Ary”. Can’t get my money back or a space I paid for or a call back. Don’t waste your time on a business with such poor customer service. I would rate them a zero if possible.

Ary is absolutely the BEST manager that this location has ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable and when needed, a life saver. ????❤️????
