Public storage has clearly set up their processes to maximize the amount of money they can get from customers. We cancelled our unit with plenty of lead time but inadvertently forgot to remove the lock upon move-out. Public storage continued to charge full monthly rent as if we had never cancelled and moved out. I could understand a simple lock cutting fee and would have gladly paid but instead was continued to be charged monthly and told that I would continue to be charged until we removed the lock. (We had moved out of state so this wasn't an easy option) Not a customer-focused company!
