Spoke to a very helpful lady called Heylee, who gave me good information that I needed. I came in not knowing whether I would rent a unit but she was very helpful in all information that made me make a good decision given my circumstances(divorce) at the time. Thank you Halylee.

Today 1/31/25 I was at home while my fiancé and father were emptying the locker. The elevators at our facility decided to stall while I was there earlier in the day, I do not like elevators to begin with but low and behold it shuddered and got the job done.

This evening though was a totally different story. The elevator broke down with my dad and fiancé in the elevator stuck between the second and third floor. I understand that software sometimes fails. Now let me tell you the best part we are central time, and PST is a two hour delay. I could not reach anyone in the office to get help. They ended up having to hit the help button on the elevator and we're stuck over 30 minutes to no avail EMERGENCY SERVICES AND AN ELEVATOR TECH HAD TO COME TO THEIR RESCUE. LEFT MESSAGES FOR THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO NO CALL BACK. FOR THE RIDICULOUS PRICES FOR A 10 X 10 YOU WOULD THINK SOMEONE WOULD BE IN THE OFFICE NOPE NOT IN SPRING LAKE PARK.

I WANTED to leave positive feedback but can't do so when nobody cares enough to get in touch when emergencies arise. This place is overall clean. But for Goodness sake someone should be on site when emergency services are there. I am glad it was not me because had I been there for the actual breakdown I would be getting treated because I would have had a panic attack. I hope Public Storage does a better job in the future, and gets all the updates they need, and go back to good and decent prices. Do not let them fool you 130 a month is a ridiculous amount to pay for a 10 x10. If you are going to charge those kinds of prices, it should be alarm set as well.
