Your people where helpful finding me another storage unit for less money but come six months from now you will raise the price and make it difficult to stay with you. I'm a senior citizen and have no storage room in my apartment so I need some longer time in a storage unit at a set price.

Also I got to add that the staff is all friendly now after we got to know each other a little better and I don't think I'd go anywhere else besides a spring lake Park public storage

They pick who they like, and let do what ever they want. The place is always dirty, the bathrooms are rarely in working order, if the door is even locked. Office is closed early all the time. Raise rent all the time. Front gate has not worked for hands free, from your phone in over a year. The roof leaks when it rains in temp controlled bldg, also cold in winter, hot and humid in the summer. The glass in the pics, has been on the floor for over 3 months now. The pics with water on floor, is just a couple places it leeks. Them elevators are dirty and smell most of the time. They are still charging me for storage, gave them 30 day notice, yet still being chared 3 months later. Then they told me i was loitering when i was moving in, and when i was there looking for winter stuff. Said i cannot be there that long. What, are you flipping kidding me?? I told them , i rent a storage here, right? They replied yes, but, i did not let them finish, told them to kiss my you know what, and it would be in all of our best interest, for you to go back to your office and leave me alone. I pay rent for storage, and have all the right in your closed little World to be there and go through my stuff in my storage room, locker, i pay way to much for.. Do not waste your time or your money. I got a different storage, that is clean, and they have Uhauls on site, plus pay half the price for 3x the space. Acorn Roseville. They are awesome..
